International sales and finance company 13 Films and film production shingle Brand Inc. Entertainmenthave signed a multi-picture, first-look deal.

Announcement was made by 13 Films’ president Tannaz Anisi and Brand Inc. partners Christopher Barish and Jim Valdez.

The pact has 13 Films handling international sales on all the Brand Inc.’s original productions, which cover a range of commercial genres including family, kids, faith, action and holiday films.  Cinedigm will handle all North American distribution rights for the titles under a 12-picture, three-year deal Brand inked in January.

The first film under the partnership is Brand Inc.’s family film “Christmas Switch,” written and directed by Joel Souza.  Pic stars William Baldwin, Denise Richards and Tom Arnold. Cinedigm will release the pic in November.  Anisi is presenting the project to buyers at Cannes.

13 Films is already handling international sales on Brand Inc.’s “Zoey to the Max,” “Little Loopers,” and “Ghost Squad.” All three films will be released in 2015 by Cinedigm.

13 Films’ slate at Cannes also includes the newly announced thriller “Every Good Boy Does Fine,” set to star Michael Nyqvist and Famke Janssen and executive produced by Steve Buscemi, and action film “Entry Level,” produced by Craig Perry, and directed by Franck Khalfoun.

In Cannes, 13 Films is debuting footage for comedy “Chronically Metropolitan,” thriller “Voice From the Stone,” and crime thriller “Manhattan Nocturne.”
